Appointments
Arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to complete the New Client Form and the Colour Client Form (if you are receiving a colour service). This time is essential for a thorough consultation before your service. You will receive an automated email reminder or an automated text reminder before your scheduled appointment. These are from our automated system and are not linked to the salon contact number. We do not require a reply unless you are seeking to cancel or reschedule, in which case, please contact Haven Salon as soon as possible.
Salon Prices
The prices displayed on the Service page are the starting rates. Please be aware that prices will increase depending on the amount of product used and the volume/length of hair. Prices are subject to change without notice. Haven Salon is a salon of excellence and takes pride in the quality of products and services provided.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash or card ONLY. Please bring the exact amount when paying with cash, as I will not have any change available. A 1.4% surcharge applies when using EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, or digital wallets for payments.
Gift Vouchers
If you would like to purchase a gift voucher for someone, please contact me directly at HavenSalonau@gmail.com, and I will set it up for you.
Cancel or Reschedule Appointment
Please inform the salon of your cancellation or request to reschedule as soon as possible, as this allows clients on our reservation list the opportunity to fill the appointment. Multiple no-show appointments will result in the refusal of service.
Late for Appointment
Please inform Haven Salon if you know you’re going to be late for your appointment. There will be a 15-minute grace period, which may result in limited service options. Arrivals after the 15-minute grace period may result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment (service depending).
Refuse of Service
I have a right to refuse service in situations that pose a health or safety risk to our staff and clients. This includes instances of: lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behaviour. I also have the right to refuse service to clients who no-show for multiple appointments.
